BLUSH ICE CREAM SOUR

BLUSH BLEND

Mix 60mls of Blush Blend infusion with 30mls of simple syrup, 30mls lemon juice and half an egg white.

Mix in a shaker with ice.

Serve with a blood orange garnish.
