Our Story

Welcome to our site! This is where our story begins…….

We’ve always loved Gin and enjoy making cocktails. From experimenting with star anise, cinnamon and other aromatics in a homemade gin which we turned into a salmon cure and dessert jelly cube for our MKR journey, we’ve developed a way to share the same flavour profile and a few more blends with you all.

We wanted to make delicious flavoured Gin accessible to everyone, and find a way to enjoy a bespoke flavour in your own home, with out the costly price tag. And that’s how the GINFUSION vessel was born! A unique design allows the Botanical Blends to infuse into the Gin (or other spirit) and within 3 days you will have your own aromatic Gin.

We sell the GINFUSION vessel & Botanical Blends and you add your own Gin (or other unflavoured spirits) to the vessel. The vessel can be re-used over again, and you only need to purchase the Botanical Blends and your selected spirit.

We’ll be sharing recipes of cocktails and mixers we create along the way, and you’ll be surprised at the amount of traditional cocktails you can enhance with our Botanical Blends. They even taste incredible with a good quality tonic or soda, especially with ice on a hot summers day!
